Hmm i'm not 100% sure if we are on the same wave length here mate...

But i am currently trying to get a Conference North side into the Champions League eventually (Don't ask why) and i have loaded all players from Reunion.

It is an island in the French empire so most people are classed as French so you don't need to get work permits if you are a team in Europe.

Also none of them have full time contracts at clubs so you can snap them up for free.

Not sure regarding football manager but you can have high school reunions etc do you not mean Regen?

Nah, you will have to load up the certain country.

Reunion is classed as a country on football manager. So if you load all players from Reunion, and then type it in the search box on football manager, it will come up with the national team and you can get the players from there.
