Marinese Boxers Ultimate Elite League Database!

Alright everyone, here is a database i have created which is called an 'Elite League'.

Basicly i have edited all the English leagues into a super league with teams from around the world.

All teams have the same finances stretching from £30m-£60m.

However all the teams reputations stay the same. (So Rangers cant buy Aguero etc)

I have improved all leagues reputations so that no players will want to leave because they are playing at a lower level.

The leagues are just as prestigous as the Champions League

Just one question...
assuming the leagues are still set to England, Will the brazilian clubs (sao paulo, fluminese etc) players need WP to play in the "new" english leagues?

I put chelsea in the lowest league and i'll just play my way up from there.
